I am a graduate of CSU Long Beach with a BA in Human Development with awards and honors.  

​I have more than 30 years experience creatively teaching diverse children in a variety of settings.

From my early beginnings in human development I knew working with children was my calling.  I am passionate about guiding and empowering my students to achieve goals and feel successful.  I’m happiest when students love to learn and are engaged in their work.

​The integration of multiple subjects and individualized education are key to the lessons I utilize in my practice.  Using art and creativity as a teaching tool is one of my specialties. Child centered, project based learning(PBL) is another tool in my teaching kit.
